Casa Bella

In March 2018, the LIA Board contracted Casa Bella Management Company to handle the accounting functions of the Association.  Beginning April 1, 2018, they began handling invoicing, accounts payable, preparing our balance sheet and financial document.  This decision was made to insure that all documents are completed in a consistent manner, using acceptable accounting practices, and stored in a secure third-party location.  They are an independent management company, licensed, bonded and insured.

Their website offers the following online features:

  1. Free secure on-line payment options
  2. Credit Card payment, (fee applies)
  3. View monthly Association financial statements
  4. View and print individual account information

Additionally, they will also provide members the ability for online bill payment and will assist with the facilitation of the yearly Annual Meeting election for the Board of Directors.

Reminder...

Annual Fee invoices will be hitting your mailbox in June. Dues will be due in July. Effective immediately please direct all payments, invoice inquiries, and correspondence to:

As a reminder, board meetings are open to all homeowners. The Board encourages and welcomes attendance. These meetings provide a forum for questions and concerns about the activities undertaken by the Board on behalf of the residents of Lottivue.
