Casa Bella

Effective immediately, Casa Bella Management Company will be handling invoicing, accounts payable, preparing our balance sheet and financial document.  They have been contacted to insure that all documents are completed in a consistent manner, using acceptable accounting practices, and stored in a secure third-party location.  They are an independent management company, licensed, bonded and insured. Their website offers the following online features:

  1. Free secure on-line payment options
  2. Credit Card payment, (fee applies)
  3. View monthly Association financial statements
  4. View and print individual account information

Annual Dues

Annual dues are collected each year and are used to provide new and continued maintenance projects throughout the subdivision.  Dues are the single most important method the association has to procure the necessary funds that allow us to maintain not only our waterways, but also important maintenance and repair projects that may be related to safety issues.  These projects include but are not limited to:

  • Lawn maintenance
  • Canal weed spraying (4/year) and dredging (as determined)
  • Buoy maintenance, placement and removal, in the channels
  • Snow Removal

As everyone shares in the benefits, each homeowner/member will be assessed dues.

BUDGET

The Board of Directors are stewards of the Lottivue Improvement Association budget and as such, are mindful of all expenditures.  An accounting of the budget is provided by the Treasurer at the monthly Board and Annual meetings.
