What do I need to do before I begin any updates or additions to my home or landscape?
Lottivue is a deed restricted community. In a deed restricted community, any modification or addition to the exterior of your home must be approved prior to start of work. Fences, decks, additions and changes to and/or replacement of canal sea walls are among the most common improvements that will require approval. Please contact our Maintenance Director to review any improvement plans.
Deed restrictions can be found on the CasaBella website along with the association bylaws for your review and/or to download. Should you have any concerns or questions around deed restrictions and what may need approval, please contact our Maintenance Director ([email protected]) for clarification.
How do I get a Status Letter for a Mortgage Closing?
The Board will be happy to work with your mortgage or real estate contact to provide the appropriate documentation/letter. Please contact the LIA management company; CasaBella at 248-655-1500.
